  19. The following files represent the VB4 Runtime Module
  20. and MUST be in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory:

  26. To install this program, simply run the file "INSTALL.EXE".
  27. This will copy the files to the directory of your choice and
  28. create a Shortcut folder and icons in your WINDOWS\START MENU 
  29. folder.
